• A $500 one time set-up fee includes certain customization features (i.e. legal declarations, custom forms, logo, and colors), setting up each site and site administrator with logon accounts and passwords within the organization.

• Our pricing is now based upon each transaction:
  -A $1.00 transaction fee for newly submitted applications, billable directly to the site (church, school, etc).
  - Or, a $0.90  transaction fee for newly submitted applications for one consolidated billing to the organization, includes a breakdown of transactions by site
  -A standard twelve month contract, or longer if desirable
  -If applicable, a $0.50 per application database maintenance fee per year thereafter, upon renewal of contract
  -$200.00 monthly minimum

  - Background check provider interface via Internet XML gateway, a batch data file, or manually. 
  - 24x7 Database Access

 Training

• $250 per day plus all travel expenses
  - Organization provides the facilities (meeting room, projector, etc.)

• Data conversion
• $75.00 per hour Custom Programming Fee – to make program changes (if any) specific to the organization such as handling of state background checks, current code base and/or importing of any data the organization may currently have.
• Phone & Email support - $30 per hour (billable in 15 minute increments)
