About Our Company

Austin Computing Solutions was established in 1999 as a family business of 3 employees that provided Austin area businesses with cost-effective technical support for their computer networks. Today, we have grown to a staff of 10 experienced and knowledgeable employees, providing the same cost-effective technical support within a multitude of fields throughout Texas, and now throughout the entire United States via the Internet.

Our services now include computer network consulting and maintenance, Internet solutions (including website design and hosting, broadband access, security, and email), and custom database solutions - all focusing on the Microsoft platform. Austin Computing Solutions is a Microsoft Certified Partner, and our Microsoft Certified technicians have over 90 years of combined experience in the computer field.

Our company began providing turnkey web-enabled database solutions in June of 2000. To date, we have developed, maintained, and hosted 51 of these solutions for organizations such as The Catholic Diocese of Austin, Texas, St. John Neumann Catholic Church, The Catholic Diocese of San Angelo, Texas, Frontier Associates, American Electric Power, Central Power and Light, Southwestern Electric Power, West Texas Utilities, Reliant Energy, CenterPoint Energy, Xcel Energy, TXU Energy, Oncor, and Entergy Corporation.

Our web-enabled database solutions are developed on Microsoft's enterprise level technology platform, including Windows 2000 Server, Internet Information Server, Active Server Pages and SQL Server databases.

Austin Computing Solutions, through the Application Service Provider Business Model, offers these web-based products:

ChurchDB, a web-based diocesan and parish database management system including modules for membership, stewardship, education, groups, calendaring, facilities, and administration.

eAppsDB, is designed and created for any organization which is involved with minors or vulnerable adults. It is an online database system that:
1. Manages the employee or volunteer application process;
2. Performs a criminal background check from the information provided in the application;
