Submitting Your Application
| After all listed application forms have been completed and saved, the ‘Application Overview’ screen should have green check marks by each application form and the status should be ‘Application Completed (not submitted)’. The ‘Submit Application’ button should also be enabled. |

Click
on ‘View Application’ to verify that your information is correct. Make any necessary corrections by clicking on the applicable form
link in the list on the 'Application Overview' screen. Once your review is complete, click on the ‘Submit Application’ button. You should receive the screen below: |

there be any reason that you do not wish to submit your application at
this time, click 'Cancel' and you will be returned to the 'Application
Overview' screen.
If you are certain that you are ready to submit your application, click the ‘Submit Application’ button. You will receive the following confirmation message: |
| Clicking ‘OK’ on this confirmation message will display the following important message screen: |

| Clicking ‘OK’ on this confirmation message will begin the application submission process. Important: During this process, please do not click on the 'back' button and do not click on the 'Submit Application' button again. When the submission process has completed successfully, you will receive the following completion message: |

this page you can click on button labeled 'Click Here' to return to the 'Application
Overview' screen or ‘logout’ to log out of the eAppsDB system. Congratulations
- you have completed and submitted your application!
After your application has been submitted, you can log back in to eAppsDB and keep your application information updated. This would be important if, for example, you changed address, phone number, email address, or other important information. The figure below illustrates how the 'Application Overview' page will look after application submission. All information remains accessible except for the the information on the 'References', 'Declarations' and 'Background Check' pages. |
