Note:  Your date of birth is required at registration for the purpose of preventing the creation of duplicate applications in the system.   For your security, this information is locked after your completion of the background check application form and is no longer available to the user or site officials.   This information is used ONLY for verification purposes in the applicant registration process to avoid duplication of applications and for the background check process.
